Vantage Data Centers Project in Santa Clara, CA supported by Integrated Design 360

We have worked with Vantage Data Centers to design the Walsh Avenue Campus to meet aggressive sustainable design goals. Integrated Design 360 has worked with peer consultants to develop a sustainability program using the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Rating System as a guideline. As part of the LEED Certification effort, the project has incorporated responsible site development practices, water-saving strategies, energy-saving design measures, efficient material selection, and low-toxic building materials.

Vantage Data Centers is pursuing a LEED Platinum Certification rating for each of the buildings. The first building, V3, has earned LEED Platinum certification. The project has reported a measured Power Utilization Effectiveness (PUE) of 1.29. The other two buildings, V1 and V2, are currently under construction and also have a LEED Platinum goal.

2625 Walsh Ave. is a 72,000 sq. ft. facility containing Class A office space and two private data centers. ID360 acted as the LEED consultant and managed the LEED certification process from beginning to end. The project has achieved LEED Platinum Certification.

Alexander and Baldwin LLC Project V2 Data Center

LOCATION: Maui, Hawaii

2880 Northwestern Parkway is a 40,000 sq. ft. remodel of a facility containing Class A office space and two private data centers. Our team lead the integrated design efforts to establish an energy efficient solution for the facility. The project has achieved LEED Platinum Certification.

PROJECT: V3 Data Center

LOCATION: San Francisco, California

2565 Walsh Ave. is a 30,000 sq. ft. facility containing Class A office space and three private data centers. ID360 supported the team in meeting the LEED Criteria and to execute an innovative energy-efficient data center solution. The project has achieved LEED Platinum Certification.

PROJECT: Broadway Plaza
CLIENT: Mechanical Design Studio
LOCATION: Walnut Creek, California

ID360 provided LEED consulting services to Mechanical Design Studio (MDS), the engineer of record for the Broadway Plaza Redevelopment Project. The existing Broadway Plaza complex is a 64-year-old shopping center in Walnut Creek, California. The 475,000 square foot redevelopment project will include the addition of new retail, expanded parking, enhanced pedestrian spaces, and better traffic access. The project is pursuing LEED Core & Shell Certification through the Green Building Certification Institute.

PROJECT: Ho'okele Shopping Center
CLIENT: Alexander & Baldwin LLC
LOCATION: Maui, Hawaii

The Ho’okele Shopping Center is a six-building 90,000 sq. ft. core and shell retail shopping facility in Maui, Hawaii. Our team performed a feasibility study to assess the innovation and sustainable features of the project compared to the LEED Rating System.

PROJECT: Safeway Store

LOCATION: San Francisco, California

The existing 30,000 sq. ft. Safeway Store in San Francisco project is pursuing LEED Gold certification. ID360 is the sustainability consultant on the project and is supporting efforts to meet the San Francisco Non-Potable Water Ordinance and achieve LEED Gold Certification.

Fremont, CA High School Green Building Project

LOCATION: Oakland, California

The Fremont High School renovation project includes a new gym and modular classroom building. The project is pursuing recognition under the CHPS Verified Program. Integrated Design 360 LLC is supporting the team to integrate innovation and sustainable features of the project compared to the CHPS Criteria.

Richmond High School Green Building Project

PROJECT: Richmond High School

CLIENT: Baker Vilar Architects

LOCATION: Richmond, California

ID360 provided design assistance and technical support to Baker Vilar Architects in meeting the Collaborative for High Performance Schools (CHPS) criteria for the Richmond High School Modernization in the West Contra Costa Unified School District. The project includes a new 22,000 square-foot gymnasium and a new 30,000 square-foot classroom building. The project has been designed using the Collaborative for High Performance Schools (CHPS) New Construction and Major Modernization Criteria. The district is pursuing the High Performance Incentive Program grant by means of using the CHPS Verification Program.

PROJECT: Folia CHPS Pre-Fab Verification

LOCATION: Santa Rosa, California

Integrated Design 360 LLC is the CHPS Consultant to Quattroccki Quok Architects to achieve CHPS Pre-Fab Verification on this Santa Rosa Project. Folia revolutionizes the traditionally lengthy and expensive building process. Expertly designed for faster construction by the integrated, award-winning AEC team of Blach Construction, Quattrocchi Quok Architects and Gregory P. Luth Structural Engineers, Folia is ideal for collaborative delivery methods, such as Design-Build and Lease-Leaseback.

American Canyon High School Project - Sustainable Buidling project

PROJECT: American Canyon High School

LOCATION: American Canyon, California

The American Canyon High School project is an eight-building campus in American Canyon, Ca. The project contains several sustainable features including a ground-source heat pump and a one-megawatt photovoltaic station which provides 85 percent of the electricity on the campus. Integrated Design 360 LLC supported the team to study and the feasibility of attaining LEED Certification for the project.

PROJECT: San Jose State University
CLIENT: Hensel Phelps Construction Co.
LOCATION: San Jose, California

San Jose State University held a design competition that incorporated energy and environmental performance goals into their design requirements for their Student Health and Counseling Facility Project. The LEED® green rating system has been selected as a guide to assist the team in achieving the project’s environmental objectives.  The overall goal of the project is to design and construct the facility to a LEED Gold equivalency.

Integrated Design 360 provided support to Hensel Phelps Construction to identify and integrate viable and effective sustainable design strategies to support the team in achieving LEED Gold equivalency.
